Cluttr is a Christchurch service that sells your unwanted things for you. Photograph what you want gone, we work out what it is realistically worth on the New Zealand second hand market, and a vetted young Christchurch reseller collects it and handles the listing and the buyers. You get paid when it sells. We are running across Christchurch now, including Selwyn and Waimakariri.
Why this is such a job
- Marketplace works, but only if you have the evenings to spend on it.
- Getting a fair price means knowing what things actually go for here, not what they cost new.
- Bulky items are the worst of it: hardest to photograph, hardest to shift, and the ones buyers haggle over most.
- So garages across the city are full of things worth money that nobody has the time to sell.
What we do instead

- Not yet. We are deliberately going deep in one city first, because a marketplace with one seller and no buyers helps nobody. Christchurch now, Auckland next, the rest of the country after that.
